Our goal at Three Points Climate Controlled Storage is not to corner the storage market, but provide 15 clean and well maintained secure storage units at a very reasonable cost.

When Blackwell’s Realty purchased the 805 Hill Street property, included in the purchase was a warehouse which had previously been used since the early 1960s, as a wood stove and gas fired stove display room and distribution center. This warehouse area was complete with hardwood floors, 10 ft. ceiling, and double thick concrete block walls.

Blackwell’s, Inc. refinished the hardwood floors, coated all of the walls with a good quality paint, and constructed interior walls for storage units. These units measure 16.5 feet by 10 feet, with three exceptions. All are climate controlled storage units  updated with all electrical lighting and conditioning to the most modern and technologically advanced systems currently available.
