The 3 Points Storage Building and History
When Blackwell’s Realty purchased the 805 Hill Street property, included in the purchase was a warehouse which had previously been used since the early 1960s, as a wood stove and gas fired stove display room and distribution center. This warehouse area was complete with hardwood floors, 10 ft. ceiling, and double thick concrete block walls. This group of adjoined buildings along Hill Street have been under various proprietorship since the 1920s.
Blackwell’s, Inc. refinished the hardwood floors, coated all of the walls with a good quality paint, and constructed interior walls for storage units. These units measure 16.5 feet by 10 feet, with three exceptions. All are climate controlled storage units updated with all electrical lighting and conditioning to the most modern and technologically advanced systems currently available.
Security systems include video monitoring and magnetic strike bolt locks with keyless entry.
These units receive housekeeping 3 days a week and pest control monthly. Blackwell’s, Inc. is located next door and operates 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. Our associates are vigilant in maintaining a watch on Blackwell Realty properties which are located adjacent to Blackwell’s, Inc.
